This initiative reflects our commitment to empowering students with the human centric skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly AI-driven workforce. \nAbout Instruction 2 Industry Future Ready Conference \nNorthern Virginia school divisions will team up with Virginia Ed Strategies to host the annual Instruction 2 Industry Future Ready Conference. This FREE regional career fair event will take place on Wednesday and Thursday\, March 11 – 12\, 2026\, from 10am to 1pm each day\, at the Inova Conference Center in Fairfax\, VA\, enabling over 1600 high school students to explore a variety of career fields and learn about the jobs and opportunities being offered by companies in the region.
