NAIA American Transportation Dinner and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy To Keynote AI @ The Ritz-Carlton (Washington, D.C.)

The National Artificial Intelligence Association (NAIA) today announced that Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy will be the keynote speaker for the organization’s first “AI and American Transportation Dinner” on Tuesday, September 15 in Washington, DC. This special event will focus on the future of American transportation in the age of artificial intelligence and the Department of Transportation’s efforts to integrate this transformative technology across its operations.

Building on the success of NAIA’s Defense Innovation Dinner with Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, this event will bring together federal and private sector leaders shaping America’s transit infrastructure and creating greater efficiencies across the U.S. transportation system. In alignment with President Trump’s AI Action Plan, Secretary Duffy will address the Department’s new initiative to use AI to optimize and modernize how the nation builds, operates, and maintains its physical transportation infrastructure.

Department of Transportation officials, including Chief AI Officers from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and the Federal Railroad Administration are invited to attend, along with industry executives, Congressional leaders, and AI professionals from across industry.
