LCPS Job for a Day
GT Edge AI values its ongoing partnership with LCPS and remains committed to giving high-school students first hand exposure to careers in artificial intelligence. Shadowing an AI Solutions Specialist for the day, participants will engage in hands-on projects, speak with employees and partners, and contribute ideas to our AI educational products.
Activity highlights:
– Custom Agent creation on the GT Edge AI Academy platform to solve real world problems
– Proxmox home lab and virtual machine creation!
– Meet and greet with GT Edge AI CEO, Tom Bendien, GT Edge AI Staff, and GT Edge AI Partners to hear their story, a day in the life of their role, and ask questions.

About Job for a Day
The LCPS Job for a Day (JFD) program is a career exploration activity providing an opportunity for 10th-11th grade students to shadow in-person an individual(s) or business/organization. The experience allows the student to learn/observe the tasks and responsibilities necessary in a particular career cluster, field or specific job. Hosts exhibit how the characteristics of the LCPS Profile of a Graduate are demonstrated in a workplace of a student’s choice:
