About Instruction 2 Industry Future Ready Conference

Northern Virginia school divisions will team up with Virginia Ed Strategies to host the annual Instruction 2 Industry Future Ready Conference. This FREE regional career fair event will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, March 11 – 12, 2026, from 10am to 1pm each day, at the Inova Conference Center in Fairfax, VA, enabling over 1600 high school students to explore a variety of career fields and learn about the jobs and opportunities being offered by companies in the region.
